Circles and Scallops II

As promised, here’s the second release for today. Lahni, aka Queen Wild, has a new template set today. I think it is such an awesome template set. I’ve already used 3 out of 4 of the templates. Her first set of Circles and Scallops has been so popular that she decided to create a whole new set! These are called Circles and Scallops II and they’ll be on sale (along with the rest of her store) for 50% off until July 25th. Now you already saw one of these templates in use in my Watermelon Days post. Here are layouts using two more of the templates.

Journaling reads: Jessica is so sweet to her baby sister. She loves to give her hugs and kisses. Janette gives her big smiles in return. I hope they continue to love on each other as time goes by. My dream for them is to grow up to become best of friends.

Journaling reads: We went to Mandola’s for lunch. The dessert counter had too many goodies to be bypassed. Jessica picked strawberry gelato, because it was pink. I pointed out that the raspberry gelato was also pink, albeit a darker pink, but she had made up her mind. Jessica ate most of it herself, but shared some with Nana and Mama.

Watermelon Days

Today I have two new releases to share with you. First up, we have Watermelon Days by Amy’s Designs. It is a super cute pink and green kit that is perfect to scrap your watermelon related photos, but also great for non-food layouts.

 And here’s the preview of the papers.

I have three layouts that I made with this kit. I will share one in this post and two in the next post, because all three of the layouts in addition to using Watermelon Days use a new template set by Queen Wild Scraps. All of these layouts are from last weekend when James’ parents came for a surprise visit.

Journaling reads: Nana and Grandpoppy came to visit for the weekend. It was a spur of the moment trip taken when Dawson left to visit his other grandparents. Jessica and Janette really enjoyed playing and otherwise spending time with them. I hope the girls can make lots of memories with Nana and Grandpoppy. It’s too bad that Jessica decided she didn’t want to be in a photo with them.
