Forty Weeks

As you may know, Queen Wild is expecting her fourth child. So pregnancy has been on her mind and of course that led to Forty Weeks!

This kit is packed full of goodies – with 20 papers, 50 elements, 29 wordbit and 1 full alpha you’ll be able to scrap all of your prenatal and many of your postpartum photos too!

I decided to make a layout telling the story of Jessica’s birth. I’ve never done a layout without any photos, so this is a first for me. It seems a little weird, but I wanted to document her birth and I didn’t have any appropriate photos.

Adventures in Space

The Bits N Pieces from Karen Diamond Designs is called Adventures in Space. You can pick up the elements and the papers for only $1 each this week only.

I’m sharing another double page layout showcasing the rest of our nephew Cameron’s 4th birthday party. It was held at a really neat place. For my layout’s composition I was inspired by this fabulous layout by gwalters.

Blast Off

The Bits N Pieces from Amy’s Designs is called Blast Off. Amy previewed it to the CT right at the beginning of April when we had just got back from our trip to Keller for our nephew Cameron’s 4th birthday.

As soon as I saw it, I knew it would be perfect to scrap his party since he had a rocket cake with a blue and yellow decor. Here’s the double page layout. I’ve painted over the faces of the kids I don’t know. I know some parents are particular about their kids being on the internet.

April Sketch for You to Try

Here’s my card using the April Sketch for You to Try. I didn’t have a sentiment that I felt would fit size-wise, so I will just put one on the inside when I decide what it needs to be. You can’t tell very well by my photo, but the leaves, the fairy wings, and part of the mushroom were colored with atYou Spica markers and shimmer in real life. Because of that bling, I’m also submitting this for Stamptacular Sunday Challenge #161 to make a card or project with spring bling.
