Love Melts the Heart
Love Melts The Heart is the perfect product for scrapping all your chilly memories (even those in summer). This modern winter kit infuses the traditional icy blues and silvers with pops of pink and green, perfect for infusing some summer into your winter. The sled and snowflakes go perfectly with the flowers, ribbons and bows, making this kit perfect for snow days and Frozen sing-a-longs alike. Document those memories “worth melting for” with Love Melts The Heart. Get this for 1/2 price during the first week of release. Previews are linked.
I’m hosting a template challenge at Mousescrappers and Lori and Heidi graciously provided the template. Mousescrappers Template Challenge #244 runs through December 4th, so you have time to play.
I ended up making three layouts using Love Melts the Heart. The first uses the template challenge template. All photos are from our Disney cruise this summer.

Thankful
Connie Prince offered this kit, Thankful, as a free-with-purchase at the beginning of the month. Unfortunately, I just realized I hadn’t blogged about it yet. I really love the vintage elements in it.
I scrapped some photos from Thanksgiving 2013 with it.

Made With Love
Today’s new release from Connie Prince is so yummy. Made With Love is all about holiday baking. There are a number of coordinating pieces that can also pick up. You can find all these at Ginger Scraps, Gotta Pixel, and The Digi Chick!
I went searching for photos of my girls helping bake in the kitchen and found these fun photos baking cookies just before Valentine’s Day this year. Journaling reads: We decided to make cookie mixes in a jar for Jessica and Janette’s teachers for Valentine’s Day this year. I chose a recipe that used M&Ms, so we could use festive pink and red ones. Of course, we had to test out the recipe first. Jessica and Janette love to help measure ingredients and stir. They patiently watched as the cookies baked in the oven.
