Memories Captured

Word Art World’s contribution to the March Gingerscraps Buffet is simply gorgeous. I love the soft feel of Memories Captured. It is perfect for heritage pages, boy layouts and much more. Today through March 5th, you can pick it up for $2.waw_memoriescaptured

I felt compelled to make a heritage layout when I first saw the preview of Memories Captured, so that is what I did. The photo is of my great-grandparents and five of their eight children.

We enjoyed a birthday party this morning for one of Janette’s classmates. It was a lot of fun.

When I saw this kit, I immediately thought of the frogs in our backyard pond last summer. Journaling reads: This year our backyard pond was home to tadpoles. It was was fun watching the tadpoles get bigger and bigger and turn into frogs. They’re quite shy though and jump into the water to hide when you come near.2014-03-01_LO_Frogs
