The Night Before

Posted on December 17, 2013 by Jennifer

Just for Fun Designs has a fun new kit available. It is called The Night Before and is perfect for scrapping Christmas Eve festivities. I love the Santa and the children sleeping in their beds.

I used it to scrap a family Christmas celebration from back in 2004. This also uses the template from the Template Challenge #1 for December.

Glam Christmas

Posted on December 12, 2013 by Jennifer

Glam Christmas is a collab between Queen Wild Scraps and Leaving a Legacy Designs. I love that it has a hint of green, but is otherwise non-traditional colors when it comes to Christmas. There are a bunch of pretty elements to scrap your Christmas memories and enough snowflakes to make some snowy layouts too. Of course, you could go outside of the theme as a few of the creative team members did.

I made a layout for the album I’m giving to my sister-in-law Tami for Christmas.

Here is some inspiration from the rest of the Wild Princesses.

Kandice did a family layout.

Kristal uses the sparkle word art for her Elf on the Shelf layout.

Lahni has a fun Christmas layout with unique photo perspectives that I really like.

Lyndee made a fun snowy day layout.

Trinity has some gorgeous clustering.

And we also have some inspiration from Leaving a Legacy Design’s Creative Team.

Becki made two baby boy layouts and a cute siggy.

And another from Kimberly’s team.

Oh, Christmas Tree!

Posted on December 9, 2013 by Jennifer

It’s Grab-a-Byte time over at Scrapbookbytes. Word Art World saw the festive colors and designed a fun Christmas kit. There are five pieces you pick up for $1 each today through December 15th.

I had a lot of fun looking at pictures and deciding what Christmas event to scrap. I chose photos from our annual Christmas party last year.

This year’s party isn’t until December 21st. We would love to have you stop by.

Dazzling December

Posted on December 5, 2013 by Jennifer

Dazzling December is here! The last installment in this year’s monthly series by Queen Wild Scraps. It is definitely dazzling with the white. With tags for the various December holidays and fun festive colors, you can scrap Christmas or Hanukkah. There’s also enough wintry elements to scrap some snow photos, if you get to see more than once every blue moon.
