My Guy Loves Football

Posted on by

It’s the first of the month and that means Bits N Pieces time at Scraps N Pieces. This month’s palette has greens, blues, yellows, and browns. Perfect to scrap your boys/men with. Queen Wild Scraps teamed up with Dana of Anchored Hearts Studio to make word art to coordinate with Dana’s elements and papers.

From September 1st through the 7th, you can pick up the word art for the bargain price of $1.

Here’s my layout about a portion of Thanksgiving 2006.

And now for some inspiration from the rest of the Wild Princesses.

Kandice used The Big Picture II in her cute kids layout. Look at her ribbon wrapping skills!

Kristal has a layout with her adorable daughter holding a football. What a super composition!

Meleah took it away from American football, see the versatility, and made a soccer layout. I love her grass and stars on the bottom of the horizontal photo.

Tina also used The Big Picture II for her layout about a Dallas Cowboys football game she attended. I love how she put the football in the center of that paper yoyo.

Welcome Back Blog Hop

Posted on by

I can’t believe the summer has gone so quickly!  Now the kids are back in school or heading back shortly. Jessica and Janette start Mother’s Day Out next Tuesday. Next thing I know there will be leaves all over the ground.

But back to school time is an exciting time for parents and children alike.  We all take those photos of our kids before they leave for their first day.  Then we have to scrap those photos of course!  True North Scraps has the perfect kit for that called

Welcome Back
How cute is this?  There are 48 elements and 24 papers as well as a full alpha that includes many punctuation symbols.  The children come with school uniforms in case you need them.  There is more to Welcome Back than just this kit.
Available separately is a pack of more clothes for the children!  You can personalize your children elements and make your LOs unique.

Isn’t this fun?!!

Also available is a pack of solid card stocks

And finally, there is a pack of 4 quick pages in case you are finding this time of year hectic but still need those photos scrapped.

These are all very reasonably priced, and on top of that they are 30% off until Sept 6th.  And for even more savings, pick up the bundle of all 4 packs, also on sale for 30% off until Sept 6th.

Technically, you saw my layout yesterday, but here it is again.

The Big Picture I and II

Posted on by

Queen Wild Scraps has not one, but two, template packs releasing today. You will love them. Each template has at least one big photo spot on it. This makes them perfect for that amazing photo you took on vacation or that priceless everyday moment you captured for posterity.

As a bonus, you can get The Big Picture for free when you purchase The Big Picture II through September 5th. Of course, you can buy them separately. They are both on sale for 50% off through September 5th.

Here’s a layout from me using a template from The Big Picture. It’s another one of my sister-in-law Tami for the album I’m putting together for her as a Christmas gift. Stayed tuned for another post with details about the kit I used that release tomorrow.
