Time to Ride

Its Bits N Pieces time. The mini from Amy’s Designs is called Time to Ride. Don’t forget you can pick it up for only $1 for 1 week only.

My layout using this fun kit is from my spring break trip to Keller.

Journaling reads: “After naptime, we headed out to the driveway to burn off some energy. All the kids pushed Janette around the driveway and they each got to go for a ride in the bicycle buggy. 3/11/12”

Adventures in Space

The Bits N Pieces from Karen Diamond Designs is called Adventures in Space. You can pick up the elements and the papers for only $1 each this week only.

I’m sharing another double page layout showcasing the rest of our nephew Cameron’s 4th birthday party. It was held at a really neat place. For my layout’s composition I was inspired by this fabulous layout by gwalters.

Blast Off

The Bits N Pieces from Amy’s Designs is called Blast Off. Amy previewed it to the CT right at the beginning of April when we had just got back from our trip to Keller for our nephew Cameron’s 4th birthday.

As soon as I saw it, I knew it would be perfect to scrap his party since he had a rocket cake with a blue and yellow decor. Here’s the double page layout. I’ve painted over the faces of the kids I don’t know. I know some parents are particular about their kids being on the internet.

The Final Frontier

Scraps-N-Pieces does this awesome thing at the beginning of each month (it started last month) called Bits N Pieces. Each of the store designers put together minikits or paper packs or whatever that you can pick up for $1 each for the first week of the month. Each bit follows the same color palette and theme, so you can get yourself an awesome mega kit.

This month the Bits N Pieces theme is space! Isn’t it fun? Queen Wild Scraps created a mini for this month:

My layout uses photos taken in my sister’s backyard when we visited at the end of March for my nephew Cameron’s birthday.
