I Am Friendly

Posted on March 1, 2019 by Jennifer

Friendship is all about being a smiling face and a safe place, brightening someone’s life and bringing back the warm and fuzzy feelings. Scraps N Pieces’ latest kit, I Am Friendly, celebrates the joy of spending time with your closest friends. This bright, cheerful color palette matches the color and sunshine returning to the world after a long winter – spring greens, sky blues, rosy pink, sunny yellows and oranges too. The elements are perfectly springy as well, with cute ducks, blooming flowers, and fluffy clouds as far as the eye can see. Playful patterned papers, banners and ribbons galore, friendship-themed word art, and a bold skinny alpha will bring a smile to your face. So enjoy the bloom of springtime with the people who bring sunshine to your life, then scrap those warm fuzzy feelings with I Am Friendly.

On sale through March 5th for 50% off as part of the Gingerscraps Buffet. Previews are linked to purchase.

I have two layouts to share today. This first layout is about a visit to Bear Creek Park to feed the ducks. Look at those little chubby legs of Janette. She really wanted to get close to the ducks.

Splashin’ Fun

Posted on November 22, 2018 by Jennifer

My oh My! SPLASHIN’ FUN by Magical Scraps Galore is a whimsical collection inspired by the most fun theme park ride! This collection is full of amazing goodies, such as the funny Brer characters, the blue bird, a chuckling vulture, a log, water splashes, the briar patch, iconic ride signage, a bindle and a beehive, among many other fabulous themed elements and patterns.

Find the full collection at 58% off -or the individual kit and add-ons at 30% off– through November 29th exclusively at .

This kit is so cute. We didn’t ride Splash Mountain when we visited WDW in 2014, so I went way back for this first layout. I scanned my ride photo from when we visited when I was in 8th grade.

For my second layout, I decided to show the versatility of the kit. These pictures are from last spring. The girls’ school has some great bluebonnets in the spring.

Farmhouse Christmas

Posted on November 15, 2018 by Jennifer

This week’s new arrival from Connie Prince is Farmhouse Christmas and it’s sure to get you in the festive spirit! It is available at Ginger Scraps and Digital Scrapbooking Studio.

I scrapped a layout about decorating our Christmas tree last year. The girls did a great job putting all the ornaments on the tree.

Hairspray

Posted on November 9, 2018 by Jennifer

No matter the size of your photos, you can’t help but want to scrap them BIG with Hairspray, the newest kit from Scraps N Pieces. This fun, playful kit based on the musical of the same name will have you feeling welcomed to the 60s. Bold splashes of pink and golden yellow play nicely with navy and purple to make you want to dance. The retro fab motifs include guitars, peace signs, lava lamps, big hair, and plenty of hairspray. There’s also thematic word art – including the most popular dances of the day – and ephemera galore. Rounding out the kit are plenty of banners, glitter papers for added sparkle, and a fun and funky square alpha. Scrap those stories that make you want to get up and dance with Hairspray.

Grab this kit while it’s on sale for 50% off through November 14th.
