Alphabet Soup Plus New Quick Pages

Scrapbooks tell our families’ stories. Sometimes they go chronologically; sometimes they go from A to Z. Tell your stories letter by letter with the Alphabet Soup templates by Scraps N Pieces. I love the idea of making an Alphabet book for the girls, so I decided that is what I’m going to do. I picked a SNP Store collab, so all the pages will coordinate, but have enough variety. I started with A, F, and H and will be adding the others too. All the pictures are ones I’ve taken that fit the letter. I also decided that I would add some elements that fit the letter too. So that is why A has an apple and ants, F has a fence, and H has a hat.

August Happenings at SNP

Summer is quickly coming to an end and school is just around the corner for some but our designers are still hard at work creating lots of new goodies for you.

Do you have a superhero in your life? Have the desire to be one, or know someone who does? The August designer collab, Comic Book, is perfect for just that! It is full of comic book antics, superheros, and lots of action.

On the Boardwalk

The July SNP store collab is really fun this month. On the Boardwalk has a great color scheme that would be perfect for patriotic layouts, but it is wide enough to be used for a variety of layouts. I love the quantity of floral elements in it, plus the themed elements are really lively. Check out that neat patio chair.

I decided to scrap photos from a birthday party at Kiddie Acres. I got on a roll and scrapped five pages to cover the event.

Journaling reads: January 11, 2014 Harper invited Jessica to her 4th birthday party. It was held at Kiddie Acres, a neat amusement park in north Austin geared to children 10 and younger. Initially, Jessica wasn’t too sure about some of the rides, but seeing her friends enjoy the rides prompted her to give them a try. Jessica and Janette’s first ride was the miniature train. James rode with them while I snapped photos. It wasn’t long before they rode just about every ride, except the pony ride. The weather ended up being really nice and it was a beautiful time celebrating Harper’s birthday.

Journaling reads: Each guest was given their very own unicorn horn as a party favor. Jessica loved it and wore it quite a bit during the party. You could tell that Lena, Harper’s mom, put a lot of effort into making them.
