Impossible to Live Without

Thankfully, last week is over. James was sick Tuesday through Friday. Janette is working on a tooth and has been super fussy/cranky. Here’s to a better week!

Little Monkey

If you have kids or know kids, you totally understand the inspiration behind the new kit by Queen Wild Scraps. I myself am always calling my younger daughter a little monkey.

This is the perfect baby kit as it grows with your baby to toddler-hood. Plus, you could easily use this to scrap photos of monkeys at the zoo or really anyone just being silly or having fun.

The coordinating word art definitely leans more toward babies, but I could see “getting into everything” working for a puppy/dog layout and “on the move” could possibly work for layout about a walk, a dance or some exercise.

Blossoms of My Heart with Layouts

On Tuesday, I let you know about a beautiful new kit by True North Scraps called Blossoms of My Heart. Well, today I’m here to share two layouts I made with this kit.

We have a busy weekend planned. Jessica had her swim lesson this morning and on Monday, we’re having friends come over for lunch and then we’re meeting some other friends for dinner. Of course, we’ll have to remember why we get to have a 3-day weekend. All gave some. Some gave all. I might try to scrap a layout with one of the soldiers in my family.

Blossoms of My Heart

It’s the 21st of May and the 21st means Release Day for TNS! This time, Dawna made a lovely feminine kit in pinks and purples, with a hint of green and yellow thrown in for good measure. Did you take your mother out for Mother’s Day? This kit will be perfect for scrapping those photos with.

 

Blossoms of My Heart is heavy on the flowers but that’s what makes it such a great feminine kit.
