Backlog of Layouts

I have a backlog of layouts I haven’t shared on my blog yet, so today I’m sharing seven of them. These were all created in the last two months of so.

First up, I have a few layouts of James. Here he is as a baby.

We’re having a busy week. It’s Vacation Bible School at our church. Jessica is attending for the first time (you have to be 3 and potty trained). Janette is in the nursery for volunteer’s children. And I’m doing crafts with the 3, 4, and 5 year-olds. I hope your week is great.

Time Sweet Time

It’s Grab A Byte time over at Scrapbookbytes. The color scheme this month is fabulous. Word Art World has five pieces available for $1 each. The elements have a lot of fun vintage pieces. The first papers has pattern papers and the second papers some more solid type papers as well as papers that pull in the neutral blacks and whites. The word art is fun and is all about taking the time to smell the roses, so to speak.waw_timesweettime_el

There is also a set of Chalk Signs, but I didn’t use it.

I have a layout to share that uses all the fun vintage elements, like the chandelier, the chair, and the pitcher. The photos are from when James and I stayed at the Garden View Bed and Breakfast in Medina, NY.

Splash

I have three layouts to share. The first one has photos from this past April. Journaling reads: “Today, we pulled out the wading pool for the first soutdoor swim of the season. It was a beautiful day , with a high of 87°F. Jessica and Janette also enjoyed the new sprinkler mister.”

This third layout is from 2011, when Jessica was Janette’s current size. Journaling reads: “Jessica loves to go out in the backyard and play in the wading pool. She enjoys holding the hose as it fills the pool and her buckets. It is so fun to watch her play.”

Blossoms of My Heart with Layouts

We have a busy weekend planned. Jessica had her swim lesson this morning and on Monday, we’re having friends come over for lunch and then we’re meeting some other friends for dinner. Of course, we’ll have to remember why we get to have a 3-day weekend. All gave some. Some gave all. I might try to scrap a layout with one of the soldiers in my family.

I ended up using all four piece, but not all on one layout. My two layouts are about an evening with friends.  Journaling on the first layout, which was made second, reads: “We went over to Aric and Kristy’s place for dinner. Afterward, we wandered their property a little before enjoying the sunset.”
