Winter Elegance Part 2

I told you about Winter Elegance on the first. The three pieces are available only at Scraps N Pieces store right now. They’re $1 each through Jan. 7th. After that, the pieces will be combined and will be priced at full price.

I finally had some time to play with Winter Elegance and I have three layouts for you. First up are two pages that will be side by side in my album, so basically a double page; however, I made them individually. Journaling on the first page reads: “January 2007 was one of the wetter Januarys of record for Austin. A winter precipitation making weather system brought feezing rain and sleet. Coupled with lows near or below freezing, the city was blanketed with ice. Schools closed and officials recommended staying off the road. James and I stayed home from work. That night, when it appeared that the low wouldn’t be freezing, James and I defrosted and scrapped the ice from my Sonoma so I wouldn’t have as much to do in the morning.” I actually used the same template for both of them, but modified it heavily for the second page.

This third layout is from this past Christmas. We always take pictures by the Christmas tree on Christmas Eve. Usually, the one of James and I is taken after the girls go to bed.

Honor & Discipline

Brooke from Scraps N Pieces CT requested a karate kit for her many martial art photos of her kiddos. This is a kit that has been on their list for a long time anyway, so it was a good push to get it completed. Honor & Disclipline is more than just a karate kit though, use it for any of the martial arts – Karate, Judo, JiuJitsu, Tae Kwon Do, or even MMA.

Honor & Discipline is on sale for 1/2 off this week for release week at our Scraps N Pieces store and will be at our My Memories store within the next few days.

I have a layout to share that showcases when my nephew Cameron earned his blue belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Let Me Take a Selfie

Let Me Take a Selfie was the kit for retreat attendees in 2014. It is a super fun kit for all kinds of pictures. If you love taking selfies, or photo booth style scrapping, you will want to pick up this fun kit. Make sure you grab it this week because it’s only $3.00 the first week of release.
